Our Flat Iron Steak is cut from the chuck portion of our all natural, grass fed, grain finished beef. It is widely regarded as the second most tender steak behind only filet mignon. Great marbling and flavor make it great for any preparation. Throw it on a hot grill, or slice it thin and fry in a hot skillet for a stir fry, or put it in the smoker for some great added flavor.
