Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed, and grain finished. This is a deposit on a quarter share of our homegrown beef. Total price is $6/LB hanging weight for standard cuts, with all butcher fees included. This deposit will be deducted from the total bill. Total cost for a quarter will vary depending on exact hanging weight, but will total between $1,000 and $1,200. Specialty items such as hot dogs, snack sticks, or jerky will have an additional fee added for that item. This is a deposit on a quarter share of our homegrown beef. product will be ready for pick-up mid-December
