Administrative Fee

An administrative fee of $50 is being assessed this year. This fee is per vendor, not per scheduled day, and is non-refundable. Unpaid exhibitors will not be permitted to exhibit. Each exhibitor can pay the one-time $50 admin fee here.

Exhibitor Map

A live and frequently updated exhibitor map is available here. This is a critical part of the information needed to ensure that you are prepared for your exhibition days. This map may experience updates as we get closer to the season open. As you view the map file: "Numbered" assignments are in our greenhouse. "Lettered" assignments are outside our greenhouse. Rose-colored areas are pedestrian traffic areas that your booth should be "facing".​​​

Social Engagement

Martin's Greenhouse will be publishing an Exhibitor Directory each weekend for the public, but we will not be posting individual social media posts highlighting vendors. Feel free to share any of our social media related to these events.

Executive Authority

Martin's Greenhouse reserves the right to reassign exhibition location assignments or rescind permission for an exhibitor to participate in any event, either prior or during the event . Exhibitors may not request location reassignment.​​
