-Fallfest Saturdays occur rain or shine, with most activities taking place indoors.

-We have far more parking available than meets the eye. Please NEVER park on   the road, even if you see others doing so. Staff will direct you to a parking place. NY STATE TRAFFIC AUTHORITY WILL TICKET VEHICLES LEFT ON THE SHOULDER OF THE HIGHWAY. Failure to comply with Martin's Greenhouse Parking Attendant instructions will subject guests to removal from the property.

-Feel free to bring wagons and carts to carry your purchases (and freebies!)

-As always, Martin's Greenhouse expects guests' behavior, attire, and language to promote a family-friendly atmosphere. Martin's Properties, including outdoor and parking areas, are smoke/vape and drug free environments. 

-The Fallfest Saturdays are a busy event. We encourage you to leave pets at home.

-Some vendors only take cash! Make sure to have a little extra on hand during your visit. We do NOT have an ATM onsite.

-Some lines for activities, including face-painting and twisty balloons, close 45 minutes prior to close of day.

-When leaving the Greenhouse property, please follow temporary signage and attendant directions- you may be asked to exit at a point other than where you entered the property.
