Midnight Madness occurs rain or shine, so dress appropriately.

-PURCHASES MUST BE TAKEN THE SAME NIGHT. No holds on any items. Consider driving vehicles with plenty of cargo space if you intend to purchase large items.

-We have far more parking available than meets the eye. Please NEVER park on   the road, even if you see others doing so. Staff will direct you to a parking place. NY STATE TRAFFIC AUTHORITY WILL TICKET VEHICLES LEFT ON THE SHOULDER OF THE HIGHWAY.

-Feel free to bring wagons and carts to carry your purchases.

-It's dark! Flashlights and novelty lighting devices are both practical and add to the celebratory atmosphere of the evening.

-As always, Martin's Greenhouse expects guests' behavior, attire, and language to promote a family-friendly atmosphere. This is a smoke, drug, and alcohol free property. Martin's Greenhouse reserve the right to remove any guest for any reason from the property.
-Martin's Greenhouse guests are in a public environment and their likeness may be captured in visual media used to promote Martin's Greenhouse events.

-Free food will be available while supplies last! Individual guests are responsible to monitor their own specific food allergies and/or sensitivities.

-This is a busy event. We encourage you to leave pets at home.

-As you exit the checkout area to return to your vehicle, please be prepared to show your receipt to Martin's Greenhouse security staff/parking attendants.

-When leaving Midnight Madness, please follow the direction of parking attendants and signs. You may be directed to exit the property at a different point than where you entered.
